Note: One Path Group Inc. is the legal business entity registered in Alberta and licensed under the City of Spruce Grove. It operates both Yellowhead Recreation (brick-and-mortar dealership) and First Nations Powersports (digital marketing division).

Yellowhead Recreation is a licensed powersports, RV, and marine dealership operating under One Path Group Inc. We specialize in in-person vehicle sales, trade-ins, service appointments, and warranty fulfillment.

We may also receive leads, trade-in info, or financing requests submitted via our affiliated digital division, First Nations Powersports (FNPS).

5. FNPS Partnership

Yellowhead stores and handles all lead data in compliance with this Privacy Policy and local dealership privacy expectations.

Your data may be stored electronically using secure CRM systems and payment processors. Access is limited to authorized dealership staff. Some platforms (e.g., Stripe, JotForm) may store data outside of Canada; we ensure safeguards are in place.
